MainType cannot know when other programs cannot find a font, even if it is running, let alone if it is not running. There is no point scrolling through a long list of fonts, most of which you would never choose, so why not uninstall them?

It is not really necessary to unload the fonts after printing (or publishing a PDF file), as they will be gone when you next reboot anyway.
