All ink cartridges must be returned with the original box and all dates on ink cartridge must match our shipping records for a refund. This information is needed to assess an item for defects or damage.
To open a return or replacement request for a defective item, please have a copy of your Supplies Status Page, generated from your printer, as well as pictures of the damaged item and/or printing error. If the item is returned materially different from how it was sold, the item will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as the item can not be sold in its original form.
